摘要:分散控制系統(tǒng)廠家執(zhí)行項目設計主要包括三大部分:DCS硬件設計、DCS組態(tài)設計、DCS網(wǎng)絡安全設計;組態(tài)設計內容主要包括數(shù)據(jù)庫設計、人機界面設計、控制邏輯設計。本文從組態(tài)軟件組成總體要求、組態(tài)軟件選型配置標準及工程項目實施各階段組態(tài)總體規(guī)范與要求說明三方面進行闡述,以建立相應的組態(tài)設計執(zhí)行標準,提高項目組態(tài)標準化,保障項目組態(tài)的安全。

Abstract: The engineering design of the project performed by Distributed Control System (DCS) manufacturer mainly includes three parts: DCS hardware design, DCS configuration design,DCS network security design; the configuration design mainly includes database design, human-machine interface design,control logic design. In this paper, the general requirements of configuration software composition, selection and configuration standards of configuration software, and the general specifications and requirements of configuration in each stage of project implementation are described in order to establish the corresponding implementation standards of configuration design,improve the standardization of project configuration, and ensure the safety of project configuration.
