利用人工智能圖像識別、數(shù)字地圖、物聯(lián)到位確認、移動互聯(lián)等技術,建立一套以綜合基建安全管理為核心的一體化移動平臺,可以將基建現(xiàn)場和外來的單位及人員科學高效地管理起來,使得管理更加細致、各環(huán)節(jié)聯(lián)系更清晰、管理內(nèi)容更加直觀,以提高基建項目本身的效率與質(zhì)量。

摘要:市場經(jīng)濟行為產(chǎn)生了多種用工制度,一些不合理的用工制度造成基建施工單位人員技術單薄和整體素質(zhì)水平相對較低。施工單位一旦遇到較多業(yè)務時,會選擇大量使用未經(jīng)任何培訓的當?shù)貏趧展ぃ瑥亩o發(fā)電企業(yè)現(xiàn)場安全管理帶來極大困難。隨著運營與技術的進步,電廠內(nèi)部逐漸實現(xiàn)了智能化、移動化的辦公方式,然而基建的管理目前還未同步跟進。基建與電廠內(nèi)部的運營管理不同,涉及到眾多外包單位以及外部臨時人員。在基建時期,各單位之間的管理與協(xié)調(diào),大量外來人員的管控是一個巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。利用人工智能圖像識別、數(shù)字地圖、物聯(lián)到位確認、移動互聯(lián)等技術,建立一套以綜合基建安全管理為核心的一體化移動平臺,可以將基建現(xiàn)場和外來的單位及人員科學高效地管理起來,使得管理更加細致、各環(huán)節(jié)聯(lián)系更清晰、管理內(nèi)容更加直觀,以提高基建項目本身的效率與質(zhì)量。

Abstract: The market economy produces a variety of employment systems, and some unreasonable systems lead to the situation of poor technology and relatively low overall quality of infrastructure construction personnel. Once the construction units encounter more business, they immediately use a large number of untrained local labor workers, which brings great difficulties to the on-site safety management of power generation enterprises. With the progress of operation and technology, intelligent and mobile office mode has been gradually realized in the power plant. However, the infrastructure management has not been followed up at the same time. Infrastructure construction is different from internal operation management of power plant, involving many outsourcing units and external temporary personnel. Therefore, in the capital construction period, the power plant will face great challenges such as the management and coordination between various units, the management and control of a large number of foreign personnel. This project attempts to establish an integrated mobile platform with integrated infrastructure safety management as the core by combining artificial intelligence image recognition, digital map, IOT in place confirmation, mobile Internet and other technologies. The scientific and efficient management of infrastructure construction site and external units and personnel will make the management more detailed, the links more clear, and the management content more intuitive, so as to improve the efficiency and quality of infrastructure projects.
