摘要：核電非安全級(jí)通訊站是核電非安全級(jí)DCS系統(tǒng)中的重要設(shè)備，其主要作用是完成核電DCS系統(tǒng)和其他設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)通信。為提高通訊站的可靠性，在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中通常配置為主從冗余運(yùn)行模式。數(shù)據(jù)冗余同步和主從仲裁是設(shè)計(jì)中所面臨的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一。本文以某核電站DCS系統(tǒng)通訊站為對(duì)象，提出了一種基于雙千兆以太網(wǎng)的主從冗余通信方法?；谠摲椒?，核電非安全級(jí)通訊站可以同機(jī)柜或分機(jī)柜配置為雙機(jī)冗余運(yùn)行模式，并保持通訊站主從數(shù)據(jù)周期同步，大大提高了通訊站的部署靈活性和可靠性。通過(guò)某核電站實(shí)踐證明，該方法具有通信效率高、穩(wěn)定性好的特點(diǎn)。該方法對(duì)通用DCS系統(tǒng)類似設(shè)備冗余同步設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)亦有很大的參考和技術(shù)借鑒意義。

Abstract: Data redundancy synchronization and master-slave arbitration is one of the key problems in the design of nuclear power non safety level communication station. In this paper, a masterslave redundant communication method based on double Gigabit Ethernet is proposed for a nuclear power plant DCS system level 1 communication station. Based on this method, the nuclear power non safety communication station can be configured with the same cabinet or sub cabinet as the dual machine redundant operation mode, and keep the master-slave data cycle synchronization of the communication station, greatly improving the flexibility and reliability of the communication station deployment. The practice of a nuclear power plant proves that this method has the characteristics of high communication efficiency and good stability. This method also has great reference and technical significance for the design and development of redundancy synchronization of similar equipment in general DCS system.
