火力發(fā)電廠過熱汽溫控制模糊控制算法研究及軟件開發(fā)

隨著我國(guó)電力工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,越來越多的高參數(shù)大容量機(jī)組陸續(xù)投產(chǎn)。從發(fā)展趨勢(shì)看,600MW及以上等級(jí)的火電機(jī)組已成為大電網(wǎng)的主力機(jī)組,同時(shí)大容量機(jī)組的不斷增加和電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化程度的日益提高,對(duì)火電廠機(jī)組的控制品質(zhì)提出了更高的要求。主蒸汽溫度是鍋爐運(yùn)行中的主要參數(shù),它的高低直接影響鍋爐安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。鍋爐主汽溫控制有非線性和時(shí)變性,其大延時(shí)和大慣性的特點(diǎn)使其一直以來都成為火電廠自動(dòng)控制的難點(diǎn)。本文中,針對(duì)大容量機(jī)組中過熱蒸汽大延時(shí)和大慣性的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)串級(jí)模糊控制器,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真,研究其動(dòng)態(tài)特性與魯棒性。

Abstract: With China's power industry developing rapidly, more and more large-capacity high-parameter units have put into production. From the development trend, above 600 MW unit will become a main unit of the power grids in the future. With the increasing of the largecapacity unit and the increasing degree of automation of the scheduling grid, it is a higher demand to the quality control of the thermal power plant unit. Supercritical generating units is the development of largecapacity generating units in China will also become the main force units. The main steam temperature is the main parameters in the boiler operation, which affect the safe and stable operation of boiler directly. The control of main steam temperature in the boiler is nonlinear and time variability. It is very difficult to control for the large delay and the inertia of its characteristics. In this paper, in view of the large inertia and large delay of superheated steam in the large capacity unit, we design a cascade fuzzy controller and carries on the simulation to research on its dynamic characteristics and robustness.
