摘要:本文就某熱電廠某型號(hào)汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)因發(fā)電機(jī)側(cè)支持軸承油膜渦動(dòng)引 起的汽輪機(jī)發(fā)電組連續(xù)跳停進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。該型汽輪機(jī)為高溫、高壓、單 缸、單抽、背壓式機(jī)組。本文對(duì)引起油膜渦動(dòng)的機(jī)理進(jìn)行闡述,采用了頻 譜分析技術(shù)對(duì)震動(dòng)原因進(jìn)行分析,確定了引起機(jī)組振動(dòng)的誘因。

Abstract: This paper analyzes and summarizes the continuous trip of a steam turbine generator unit caused by the oil film whirl of the support bearing on the generator side in a thermal power plant. The type of the steam turbine is the high temperature and high pressure, single cylinder, single extraction and back pressure. In this paper, the mechanism of oil whirl is discussed. The frequency spectrum analysis technology is used to analyze the cause of vibration. The cause of vibration is determined.
