摘要:管道運輸是油氣長距離運輸?shù)闹饕绞健T诠艿肋\輸中,為了預防突發(fā)事件,一般都安裝有緊急切斷閥門。本文在分析現(xiàn)有閥門執(zhí)行器工作原理和基本結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種電液執(zhí)行器直接驅(qū)動的具有緊急切斷功能的切斷閥門新型方案。詳細闡述了該電液執(zhí)行器液壓系統(tǒng)的工作原理并對關(guān)鍵部件進行了選型和設(shè)計計算,結(jié)論表明本電液執(zhí)行器直接驅(qū)動的閥門在油氣管道能夠滿足油氣運輸中的緊急切斷工況,具有重要的推廣應用價值。

Abstract: The pipeline is the main tool for long-distance transportation of oil and gas. In the pipeline transportation system, emergency shut-off valves are generally installed to prevent emergencies. Based on the analysis of the working principle and structure of the cut-off valve actuator, this paper proposes a novel cut-off valve with an emergency shut-off function driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator directly. The working principle of the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic actuator is elaborated in detail, and the key components are selected and designed. The conclusion shows that the valve directly driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator can meet the emergency cut-off condition in oil and gas transportation, and has important application value.
