摘要：建設(shè)全自動化碼頭，是港口業(yè)發(fā)展的新趨勢。洋山港四期是全球最大的智能化碼頭，它將成為全自動化碼頭的“集大成者”，而振華重工智慧集團(tuán)與貝加萊的合作為這個項(xiàng)目的成功提供了保障。本文介紹了該項(xiàng)目的背景、規(guī)劃和工藝目標(biāo)，基于貝加萊先進(jìn)控制技術(shù)和設(shè)備構(gòu)建了碼頭自動化系統(tǒng)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了對橋吊、AGV卡車等碼頭主要設(shè)備的自動化和智能化控制。洋山港四期碼頭的建成和投產(chǎn)，標(biāo)志著中國港口行業(yè)在運(yùn)營模式和技術(shù)應(yīng)用上實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式升級與重大變革。

Abstract: Building a fully automated terminal is a new trend in the development of the port industry. Yangshan Port Phase IV is the world's largest intelligent terminal, and it will become the model of fully automated terminals. The cooperation between Zhenhua Heavy Industry Intelligence Group and B&R has guaranteed the success of this project. This describes the background, planning,and process objectives of the project. B&R's advanced control technology and equipment builds a terminal automation system.This system enables automation and intelligent control of the main equipment of the bridge crane, AGV truck and other terminals.The completion and commissioning of the Yangshan Port Phase IV terminal marked a leap-forward upgrade in the operation mode and technology application of the Chinese port industry.
